If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained, you’re not alone.

Mindful Mondays is a 30-minute guided mindfulness practice designed to help you put down what you’re carrying, reconnect with yourself, and find moments of calm—no matter what’s going on around you.

This space is Jewish-centered—rooted in Jewish wisdom, history, and cultural themes—but open to anyone who finds meaning in the practice. Whether you identify as Jewish, are exploring your connection to Jewish spirituality, or simply seek a grounding mindfulness experience, you are welcome here.
