ABOUT STEPHANIE

Stephanie Schey brings well over a decade of teaching experience across schools, virtual platforms, and wellness communities. She dedicated her studies and travels to the Jewish history trail and has interned, worked, and advocated for several organizations connected to the Jewish community and the conflict in Israel and Palestine.

Stephanie’s passion for personal development led her to coaching. She holds dual certifications in health & life coaching, helping Jewish individuals reconnect with purpose and identity, create lasting habit change, understand the root causes of physical symptoms/pain, and make aligned adjustments in their lives. Stephanie offers unbeatable accountability and provides practical tools from her yoga background.

An avid traveler turned digital nomad, Stephanie has spent years traveling and living abroad while pursuing her great loves: surf, yoga, dance, and the outdoors. A highlight of Stephanie’s travels has been finding or building community along the way, and she’s thrilled to now be building the L’Chaim community.

Guided Meditation for Relaxation and Focus

First things first: get comfy! Change clothes if you need to, close the door, and silence your phone to minimize distractions. This meditation is ideal for being seated in a chair, but you can practice it sitting on the floor too if you like.

Follow the sound of my voice to the best of your ability. Try not to worry about doing this wrong or making mistakes. You are going to experience some benefits just by showing up for your practice and giving this a try.

I recommend listening every day for at least one week so that you can observe and reflect on your experience and your practice. I’d love to hear how it goes or to answer your questions!
